Join The Symphony at WKU for an exciting evening of diverse music written for and inspired by Latin culture! WKU guitar professor, John Martin, will join the orchestra for a beloved concerto by Vivaldi, written in a Spanish style. WKU flute professor Heidi Alvarez will perform the dazzling"Carmen Fantasy" by Borne and the dancers from the WKU Department of Theatre & Dance will join The Symphony for a rarely seen choreographed version of DeFalla's masterpiece "Suite Two from the Three-Cornered Hat." Opening the concert will be Rimsky-Korsakov's colorful "Capriccio Espagnol."

Performance takes place in Van Meter Auditorium
